  1. Drew P says:

Healthy Weight Loss – 1-2 Possibly 3 pounds per week.

Do not aim for much more than that, as it is unhealthy and it can put the weight back on.

    Good Luck!

  2. The reasonable amount should be 2 pounds a week. Lots of veggies and water mixed with exercise is the sensible and healthy way to reach your goal.

  3. are you serious 250???
you would probably need to lose like 110 pounds
you should exercise…you would probably just lose like 25 pounds in 8 weeks

Its only healthy to loose 1.5 a week, if you do more than that, you will not keep it off. You need to eat healthy and exercise, there are no magical pills or diets that will make you drop 50 lbs. People don’t want to hear it, or do it, but just eat healthy and do moderate exercise. don’t eat less than 1500 calories a day

This is an awesome website that is free, it calculates calories of everything you eat and gives you a daily total for what you ate, weekly totals. It also calculates the calories you burn doing EVERYTHING even bathing and watching tv. It keeps it on a calender so you can see what you ate vs what you burned every day. If you put in your current weight, what you want to loose, and the date you want to loose it by it will tell you how much you will need to loose a week to meet that goal, and makes graphs of your progress

any who after that whole shpeal its
